Artisan Crafts / Ceramics, Pottery & Clay / Ornaments & Objects

i been having the image of this applejack for a long time now and it needed to be created!
i decided that a sculpture will work really nice with the pose ill be working.

this one is an a really early stage, mostly only the general shapes have been done, i need to fix her front legs, some areas of her heath, add the end of her tail and what not. but so far i like how she is looking.

i keep working on commissions, this one is a "in between" project to have a rest fro sewing.
i need to update my commissions list as i been finishing more works.

I don't like that first sentence you started it with. It makes you sound concited. I'm glad that you're proud of your work, but there's no reason to be cocky about it. It makes the rest of us feel bad.

im so sorry, i never wanted to sound like that, i feel so ashamed :C
maybe it was me trying to cheer up myself as i was feeling totally down that day about my crafts, i was going through some frustration. im so sorry i make you feel bad. and thanks for being honest and point that to me. the last thing i would want to be is a concited person.

Awe, apology totally accepted. I wasn't trying to berate you in anyway. That's not my style. It just seemed a little tasteless, to me, is all. Thank you so much for fixing it.

But I guess even the very talented artisans get down on themselves every once in a while. And if you ever need cheering up, you should post something on here. You will a ton of positive feedback for it. Bc the difference between here and every other message board on the net, is that people only comment on things they love.

and thanks for being so honest.
but you are right, i need to be careful with what i write. i don´t want to offend or make anybody fill bad, specially if what i love and try to do is to spread some happiness with my works.

oh yes, life as a Crafter and an Artist can get quite hard at times, its not as easy as it looks, if you are not careful you can end losing yourself and the joy for crafting :/

ill try to do so, lately a lot of nice people have been following my work and leaving beautiful message that have been helping me

indeed, people here seems to care much more that people from other places.
