Is Shiny just a colour-equivalency? I think ALL greens I've seen are just Blue shiny. That specific teal.

Any tips for making aa 3D mouth that goes into the plush? Last time I tried, it looked like a blow up doll and I had to change my idea lol.

What I do usually (I know it is not the same level but I made few plushies with open-mouth  fav.me/d9lnrk5  fav.me/d9czz5i  fav.me/d9catwi  )
Cut the mouth out of the face and make a "inside-mouth/stomach" kind of like a pocket, sew it on so it is inside the plushie (when not flipped yet it will be outside the plush) And if you want a tongue sew it before sewing to the mouth opening it is easier =p
Then to not have a "blow up doll" effect, what I find the most effective is to "attach" the inside mouth to the rest of the body by sewing it so it'll stay on place (you don' thave to sew the whole mouth, just around the "inner lips" is enough to maintain it from "blowing" because of the stuffing.  If the plushie has lips it's much easier to hide all the stitches that pull the mouth to keep it inside.
I guess you could wire the inside of the mouth as well, or to make it more rigid somehow so the stuffing doesn't push it too much.
I don't know if what I sat make sense or if it helps you? Sorry if it doesn't ^^'

Ah, I've tried that before, but the stuffing still collapses the inside walls of the mouth and balloons in. I feel like I was on the right track when I used a foam block and cut a "cave" in it and lined it with the mouth fabric, but I did it after stuffing and sewing all that to the outside "lips" was really hard and messed up. Combined with the fact the foam still wasn't quite tough enough and still caved a bit. I'll attach it before stuffing next time and use a tougher foam. Didn't know if you had a "magic" trick or something though, lol. Thanks for taking the time to type that explanation out for me!

You're welcome ! Honestly just pulling back the inside of the mouth with some stitches work well with me, it's just a bit visible if it's dense like around the lip part. So if you can hide this with lips it should be really fine :) Oh, another thing I do usually, is that I stuff the mouth (fill that plushie mouth hard!!) before stuffing the body... so that the inner mouth is not too pushed away, and except if you jump on your plush it will take a while before the stuffing move lots :)
